Phase 1 is available for sale at this time. A 10% down payment is required to reserve your lot on a first come first serve reservation process, this money will be held in Trust and will be returned if either party is unable to go to the next step. The lots have cleared community planning. The balance is due within 90 days or on title transfer. GST is not included in the lot price.
